RB 24/2009 Resignation of Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs, that it was notified about the resignation of Mr. Michael Tseytin from the AmRest Supervisory Board effective 8 May 2009, without disclosing the reason. The constitution of the Supervisory Board will be completed during the Annual Shareholders Meeting dated 22 May 2009.
