RB 225/2017 Amendment of notifications of transactions on AmRest shares executed by a person closely associated with the persons discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on October 3rd, 2017 amendments of notices from Gosha Holdings S.a.r.l., a person closely associated with Mr. Henry McGovern and Mr. Steven Winegar – members of the Company’s Supervisory Board, about executed sale transactions of AmRest shares. The full contents of the amended notifications are provided in the attachment to this report.
