RB 2/2011 Publishing dates for financial reports in 2011

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE hereby announces the publishing dates for its financial reports in 2011:

1. Quarterly reports:
- the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2011: 16th May 2011
- the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2011: 14th November 2011

2. The consolidated interim report for the first half of 2011:
- 31th August 2011

3. The consolidated annual report for 2010: 
- 21th March 2011

Following the regulations of §83 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of February 19, 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Company informs that it will disclose consolidated periodical (quarterly and semi-annual) reports that will include stand alone financial statements. The annual report will be prepared and published in both the stand alone and consolidated form.
