RB 216/2016 Notification of transaction on AmRest shares executed by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on December 22nd, 2016 a notice from Mr. Jacek Trybuchowski - a member of the Company’s Management Board, about a sale of 4 137 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 290.00 per share executed on December 20th, 2016. The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
