RB 199/2016 Notification of transactions on AmRest shares executed by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on December 12th, 2016 a notice from Mr. Henry McGovern – a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, about a disposal (through sale agreement) of 390 443 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 170.00 per share executed on December 8th, 2016. The transaction was executed outside the regulated marked.
