RB 188/2015 Transactions on AmRest shares executed by an entity closely related to the person having access to confidential information of AmRest

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on October 28th, 2015 a notice from a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about below transactions executed by the entity in which that person is a member of the supervisory body:

- a purchase of 150 AmRest shares on October 23rd, 2015, at the price of PLN 181.00 per share.

- a sale of 150 AmRest shares on October 23rd, 2015, at the price of PLN 180.47 per share.

The transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
