RB 16/2010 Disclosure of Shareholding BZ WBK AIB AM (25.26%)

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that as a result of purchase of the shares on 9 March 2010 the clients of BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. (“BZ WBK AM”) became holders of a total of 3,583,623 shares in AmRest, which constitutes 25.26% of the Company’s initial capital and entitles them to 3,583,623 votes, i.e. 25.26% of the total number of votes at the Company’s Meeting of Shareholders.

Prior to the change the clients of BZ WBK AM held a total of 3,526,094 shares in AmRest, which constituted 24.86% of the Company’s initial capital and entitled to a total of 3,526,094 votes, i.e. 24.86% of the total number of votes at the Company’s Meeting of Shareholders.

BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. manages assets which include, among others, funds of BZ WBK AIB TFI S.A.
