RB 153/2015 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on September 4th, 2015 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a sale of 297 AmRest shares on September 2nd, 2015, at the price of PLN 169.55.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
