AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on June 13th, 2017 a notice from Mrs. Jolanta O’Malley, being a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities at AmRest – Mr. Drew O’Malley, Chief Digital and Operations Officer, about exercise of the Company’s stock options.
