RB 144/2015 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on August 25th, 2015 a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest about a sale of 1 978 AmRest shares on August 24th, 2015 at the average price of PLN 166.00 per share. The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
