RB 14/2011 Resolution of the Management Board of AmRest on establishing the consolidated text of the Company’s Statute

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“the Company”), in accordance with par. 38 clause. 1 item 2b) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 publicly discloses the content of the uniform text of the Company’s Statute agreed on by the resolution of the Management Board on 5th April 2011. The uniform text of the Company’s Statue has been drawn up including amendments introduced by the resolutions of the Management Board on 15th and 25th March 2011 (RB 10/2011 and RB 12/2011).
