RB 135/2015 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on August 18th, 2015 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about:

- a sale of 4 382 AmRest shares on August 14th, 2015, at the average price of PLN 174.54,

- a sale of 508 AmRest shares on August 17th, 2015, at the price of PLN 174.14.

The transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
