RB 134/2017 Notifications of acceptance of AmRest stock options by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on June 2nd, 2017 notices about acceptance of AmRest stock options from following persons:

- Mr. Zbigniew Cylny - person discharging managerial responsibilities – Chairman of the Board of AmRest’s subsidiary,

- Mrs. Renata Danielewicz - person closely associated with a Management Board Member, Mr. Olgierd Danielewicz, KFC President at AmRest,

- Mr. Grzegorz Staniszewski - person closely associated with a Management Board Member - Mrs. Oksana Staniszewska, Chief People Officer at AmRest,

- Mr. Jose Manuel Maestro Garcia-Donas - person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities - Mrs. Maria Elena Pato-Castel, La Tagliatella President.
