RB 125/2014 Resolution of Bondspot S.A. regarding the introduction to the alternative trading system on Catalyst of AmRest bonds series AMRE04100919

In regards to the regulatory announcement RB 73/2014 dated September 11th, 2014 the Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs about the resolution of Bondspot S.A. dated December 8th, 2014 regarding the introduction to the alternative trading system on Catalyst of AmRest 14 000 bearer bonds series AMRE04100919. Nominal value of each bond is PLN 10 000 and total value of the introduced bonds amounts to PLN 140 000 000. The date of the first listing will be announced in a separate regulatory announcement.
