RB 12/2008 Completion of due diligence review of Kroshka-Kartoshka

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”), with reference to RB 64/2007 dated 15 October 2007, RB 71/2007 dated 30 November 2007 and RB 73/2007 dated 21 December 2007, informs about completion of due diligence review regarding Kroshka-Kartoshka, the quick service restaurant chain. The parties mutually agreed to extend the period of negotiations regarding the purchase of equity interest in this chain. It is currently envisaged that the talks will be finalized by the end of February 2008.
