RB 115/2015 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that on July 8th, 2015 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest about a sale of 256 AmRest shares on July 7th, 2015, at the price of PLN 147.40 PLN per share.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
