RB 100/2017 Notifications of acceptance of AmRest stock options by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on April 21st, 2017 following notices:

- notification from Mrs. Oksana Staniszewska - a member of the Company’s Management Board, about acceptance of 50 000 AmRest stock option on April 20st, 2017.

- notification from Mr. Olgierd Danielewicz - a member of the Company’s Management Board, about acceptance of 50 000 AmRest stock option on April 20st, 2017.

- notification from Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński - a member of the Company’s Management Board, about acceptance of 50 000 AmRest stock option on April 21st, 2017.

- notification from Mrs. Maria Elena Pato-Castel - a person discharging managerial responsibilities, about acceptance of 40 000 AmRest stock option on April 20st, 2017.

- notification from Mr. Jerzy Tymofiejew - a person discharging managerial responsibilities, about acceptance of 25 000 AmRest stock option on April 20st, 2017.

All options were granted free of charge within AmRest Management Incentive Plan (outside the regulated market).
