RB 100/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on November 5th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 271 063 AmRest shares on November 4th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 104.50. The settlement date is November 5th, 2013.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange as the off-session, packet transaction.
