RB 157/2015 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on September 9th, 2015 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a sale of 215 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 165.00 on September 7th 2015 and sale of 4 080 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 165.00 on September 8th 2015.

The transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
