RB 75/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on September 19th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 4398 AmRest shares on September 17th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 94,00. The settlement date is September 20th, 2013. The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
