Correction of RB 61/2014, RB 62/2014, RB 64/2014, RB 65/2014 and RB 68/2014 Purchases of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

Correction due to revealing incorrect information on the entity executing the transaction.

All purchase transactions described in the reports have not been made by a person having access to confidential information, but by an entity closely related with that person.

RB 61/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 8th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 13 099 AmRest shares on July 7th, 2014, at the average price of PLN 81,74 made by an entity closely related to that person.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

 

RB 62/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 8th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 4 700 AmRest shares on July 8th, 2014, at the average price of PLN 82.26 made by an entity closely related to that person.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

 

RB 64/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 9th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 450 AmRest shares on
July 9th, 2014, at the price of PLN 82.00 made by an entity closely related to that person.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

 

RB 65/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 10th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 12 250 AmRest shares on
July 10th, 2014, at the average price of PLN 81.18 made by an entity closely related to that person.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

 

RB 68/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on August 14th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about purchase of 17 085 AmRest shares on August 14th, 2014, at the price of PLN 69,99 PLN made by an entity closely related to that person.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
