RB13/2014 Emendation of the Supplement to AmRest 2013 Directors’ Report regarding information on loans between AmRest related entities.

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) as a emendation of the Supplement to AmRest 2013 Directors’ Report (RS 2013), published on 14 March 2014, provides in the attachment a table presenting the corrected information on loans between related entities. The table is a part of the Appendix No. 10: “Loans and borrowings” of the Supplement to the Directors’ Report and mistakenly shows incorrect amounts of loans.
