RB 99/2015 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that on June 22th, 2015 it received a notice from the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 27 AmRest shares on June 19th, 2015, at the price of PLN 142.75 PLN per share.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
