RB 98/2013 Preliminary sales results Q3 2013
AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that the preliminary sales* generated by the AmRest Group (“Group”) amounted in third quarter of 2013 to PLN 697.3 million, which is a 15.7% increase compared to the corresponding period of 2012**. Group sales in local currencies increased by 15.5%.
The sales results of CEE division amounted to PLN 415.1 million in third quarter of 2013, which is 7.7% higher compared to the third quarter of 2012. Total sales generated by this division in local currencies increased by 7.9%.
The revenue in Russian division increased to PLN 98.4 million by 22.9% in PLN and by 30.2% in local currency.
Revenue realized in Spain in the third quarter of 2013 grew by 8.2% to PLN 148.5 million, which is 5.4% growth in local currency.
New Markets division sales increased to PLN 35.4 million, what resulted from the acquisition of Blue Horizon Group’s and by the organic growth in new markets.
* Preliminary sales cover certain assumptions connected to specifics in the area of supply chain costs settlements.
** The results for the third quarter of 2012 do not include the revenues generated by Applebee's restaurants due to the transaction of sale of Applebee’s assets to Apple American Group II, LLC.
