RB 96/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on October 16th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of:

- 3 347 AmRest shares on October 10th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 97.90 per share,

- 2 980 AmRest shares on October 14th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 97.87 per share.

The above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
