RB 94/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on October 11th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of:

- 705 AmRest shares on October 8th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 24.00. The settlement date of the transaction was October 9th, 2013.

- 800 AmRest shares on October 11th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 24.00. The settlement date of the transaction is October 11th, 2013.

The above mentioned transactions were executed outside the regulated marked, being execution of AmRest management options.
