RB 91/2013 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on October 9th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest about a sale of 230 AmRest shares on October 3rd, 2013, at the price of PLN 98.00 per share.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
