RB 90/2008 Credit Agreement with ABN AMRO, PEKAO and BZ WBK
The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that is was notified about signing, on 15 December 2008, the Credit Agreement (“Agreement”) between AmRest, AmRest Sp. z o.o. („AmRest Poland”) and American Restaurants s.r.o. („AmRest Czech”) – jointly „Borrowers” and ABN AMRO Bank (Polska) S.A., ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. and Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. – jointly „Lenders”. AmRest Poland and AmRest Czech are 100% subsidiaries of AmRest.
Based on the Agreement the Lenders grant to Borrowers a credit facility in the amount of PLN 440 million. The credit shall be repaid by 31 December 2010. The credit amount include two tranches – Tranche A is dedicated for repayment of all obligations resulting from credit agreements signed with ABN AMRO (the agreements dated 4 April 2005 and 11 March 2008) and the purpose of Tranche B is to finance development activities of AmRest Group. All Borrowers bear joint liability for any obligations resulting from Agreement.
This amount is provided in the form of non-renewable credit at the variable interest rate. The credit is available in PLN, EUR and CZK.
