RB 89/2008 Purchase of shares by the Member of the Management Board of the Subsidiary Compa-ny

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that it received the notice from the Member of the Management Board of the Subsidiary Company about transactions of purchase of 1,530 AmRest shares at average price PLN 52.28. The transactions have been concluded with the following dates:

- 28 November 2008 - 100 AmRest shares

- 2 December 2008 - 200 AmRest shares

- 10 December 2008 - 700 AmRest shares

- 11 December 2008 - 530 AmRest shares

All the above transactions were executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
