RB 86/2008 Purchase of shares by the Member of the Management Board of the Subsidiary Compa-ny

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that it received the notice from the Member of the Management Board of the Subsidiary Company, Mr. Zbigniew Cylny, about purchase of 1,500 AmRest shares, on 26 November 2008, at average price PLN 49.33.

Mr. Zbigniew Cylny is the Member of the SCM Sp. z o.o. (“SCM”) Management Board and is in the possession of 44% share of SCM. AmRest is an owner of 51% of SCM.  The transaction was executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
