RB 8/2009 Disclosure of Shareholding – Pioneer Pekao TFI (4,97%)

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on February 10th 2009 it was notified that as a result of sale of the shares, the funds managed by Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (“Pioneer Pekao TFI”) became holders of a total of  704 606  shares in AmRest, which constitutes 4,97% of the Company’s initial capital and entitles them to 704 606  votes, i.e. 4,97% of the total number of votes at the Company’s Meeting of Shareholders.

Prior to the change, the funds managed by Pioneer Pekao TFI held a total of 711 606 shares in AmRest, which constituted 5,02% of the Company’s initial capital and entitled them to a total of 711 606 votes, i.e. 5,02% of the total number of votes at the Company’s Meeting of Shareholders.
