RB 76/2013 Correction of RB 76/2013 Transactions on AmRest shares made by a person having access to confidential information

Correction due to given incorrect date and procedure for the execution of the transaction. The corrected text of the regulatory announcement below.

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on September 20th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 6 580 AmRest shares at the average price of PLN 38.05.

The transaction was executed on September 18th, 2013 outside the regulated marked, being execution of AmRest management options.
