RB 75/2014 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on September 18th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about:

- sale of 848 AmRest shares on September 12th, 2014, at the price of PLN 88.00 PLN,

- sale of 585 AmRest shares on September 16th, 2014, at the price of PLN 87.50 PLN,

- sale of 880 AmRest shares on September 17th, 2014, at the price of PLN 87.50 PLN.

The above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
