RB 74/2015 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on May 27th, 2015 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, , about a sale of 4 767 AmRest shares on May 22nd, 2015, at the price of PLN 145.00. The settlement date was May 26th, 2015.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
