RB 70/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

 AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on August 22th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about:

- purchase of 164 AmRest shares on August 19th, 2014, at the price of PLN 72.98 PLN,

- purchase of 850 AmRest shares on August 20th, 2014, at the price of PLN 75.00 PLN.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
