RB 70/2007 Opening of the first KFC restaurant in Bulgaria

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”) informs that on 27 November 2007 the first KFC restaurant in Bulgaria was opened in Sofia. AmRest restaurants will be opened and operated in this country by American Restaurants EOOD (“AmRest Bulgaria”), AmRest’s 100% subsidiary (RB 17/2007 dated 11 May 2007).

AmRest currently operates its restaurants in six countries – Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Serbia and Bulgaria. Since the beginning of 2007 the Company added three new countries to its portfolio – Russia, Serbia and Bulgaria.
