RB 69/2008 The sale of shares by a person with an access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”) informs that it received the notice from the person with an access to confidential information about sell of 1,400 AmRest shares, on the 18 July 2008, at average price PLN 103.50. The transaction was executed outside the stock exchange market as a result of concluding the share sell agreement.
