RB 69/2007 Opening of the first KFC restaurant in Serbia

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”) informs that on 1 November 2007 the first KFC restaurant in Serbia was opened in Belgrade. AmRest restaurants will be opened and operated by joint venture company, AmRest Serbia (RB 65/2007 dated 18 October 2007).

AmRest currently operates its restaurants in five countries – Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia and Serbia. Since the beginning of 2007 the Company added two new countries to its portfolio – Russia and Serbia. The opening of first KFC restaurant in Bulgaria is planned by the end of the year.
