RB 68/2007 Fulfillment of the condition regarding finalization of the Joint Venture Agreement with ProFood

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”) informs that AmRest D.O.O. (“AmRest Serbia”) received the approval of Yum! regarding chicken supplier for KFC restaurants which will be developed by AmRest Serbia. Receiving this acceptance from Yum! was the condition of finalization the Joint Venture Agreement signed with ProFood Invest GmbH (RB 53/2007 dated 10 September 2007).

The opening of first KFC restaurant in Serbia is planned for the 1st of November 2007.
