RB 67/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on August 14th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about purchase of 4 000 AmRest shares on August 14th, 2014, at the price of PLN 70.05 PLN,

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
