RB 67/2008 Registeration of share capital of AmRest USA

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”) informs that it was notified about the registeration of capital of its subsidiary AmRest LLC („AmRest USA”) in the amount of USD 59,535,550. The share capital of AmRest USA was contributed in cash by American Restaurants Sp. z o.o. (“AmRest Poland”). AmRest Poland is 100% onwer of AmRest USA and AmRest is 100% shareholder of AmRest Poland.

AmRest USA, a company with its seat in Delaware, USA, is 80% owner of Apple Grove Holdings, LLC (“AGH”), a Delaware limited liability company (RB 56/2008 and RB 58/2008 dated 9 July 2008).
