RB 65/2012 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on December 27th 2012 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a sale of 2000 AmRest shares on December 21th ,2012, at the price of PLN 96,90 per share. The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
