RB 64/2013 –The registration of AmRest bonds in KDPW

In regards to the regulatory announcement 62/2013 dated 10th September 2013 the Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs about the registration of AmRest 14 000 bearer bonds, series AMRE03300618, in the National Depository for Securities (“KDPW”). According to the resolution of the KDPW dated 25th July 2013 and the announcement of the Operational Department of KDPW dated 10th September 2013 the date of the registration is 11th September 2013.
