AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on January 30th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about:

- purchase of 5 AmRest shares on February 15th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 89.50 PLN.

- purchase of 5 AmRest shares on February 15th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 89.50 PLN.

- purchase of 1 AmRest shares on March 26th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 88.50 PLN.

- purchase of 12 AmRest shares on May 7th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 79.90 PLN.

- purchase of 12 AmRest shares on June 3rd, 2013, at the average price of PLN 80.89 PLN.

- purchase of 11 AmRest shares on July 1st, 2013, at the average price of PLN 80.99 PLN.

- purchase of 2 AmRest shares on July 1st, 2013, at the average price of PLN 80.99 PLN.

- purchase of 10 AmRest shares on August 26th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 92.50 PLN.

- purchase of 10 AmRest shares on October 2nd, 2013, at the average price of PLN 98.80 PLN.

- purchase of 10 AmRest shares on October 2nd, 2013, at the average price of PLN 97.99 PLN.

- purchase of 1 AmRest shares on October 7th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 98.00 PLN.

- sale of 79 AmRest shares on November 4th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 109.50 PLN.

The above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The total value of all transactions carried out in 2013 did not exceed EUR 5 000.
