RB 60/2014 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 2nd, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest about a sale of 246 AmRest shares on June 30th, 2014, at the price of PLN 88.90 per share. The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
