RB 55/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on August 30th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 38 000 AmRest shares on August 29th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 92.00. The settlement date is September 3rd, 2013.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
