RB 55/2012 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on November 26th 2012 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a sale of:

1) 1071 AmRest shares, on November 16th 2012, at the price of PLN 80.15

2) 929 AmRest shares, on November 19th 2012, at the price of PLN 81.00

3) 3000 AmRest shares, on November 20th 2012, at the price of PLN 87.25

All the above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
