RB 52/2010 – Resolution of the Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE on changing the amount of registered shares to be converted into bearer shares

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“the Company”) informs, in regards to RB 51/2010, that in result of a request by a shareholder WP Holdings VII B.V. (“the Shareholder”) on 7th September 2010 the resolution on changing the resolution on conversion of 1 761 241 registered shares, owned by the Shareholder, was adopted. According to the changed resolution 1 337 000 registered shares, owned by the Shareholder are to be converted into Company’s series 5 bearer shares.
