RB 5/2013 Preliminary sales revenues Q4 2012

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that the preliminary sales* revenues generated by the AmRest Group (“Group”) excluding revenues generated by the disposed AmRest LLC operations amounted in the fourth quarter of 2012 to PLN 637.5 million, which is a 5.8% increase compared to the corresponding period of 2011. Group Sales in local currencies increased by 9.2%.

The combined sales results of CE and Russian divisions amounted to PLN 496.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2012, which is 8.5% increase compared to the fourth quarter of 2011. Total sales in these both division in local currencies increased by 10.7%.

Western Europe and New Markets division sales decreased to PLN 141.4 million by 2.5% in PLN and increased by 4.7% in local currencies.

* Preliminary sales cover certain assumptions connected to specifics in the area of supply chain costs settlements.

** Above mentioned figures does not include sales results of recently acquired Blue Horizon Group
