RB 5/2009 Publishing dates for financial reports in 2009

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE hereby announces the publishing dates for its financial reports in 2009:

1. Quarterly reports:
– the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2008: 27.02.2009.
– the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2009: 15.05.2009.
– the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2009: 14.08.2009.
– the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2009: 13.11.2009.

2. The consolidated half-yearly report for the first half-year of 2009:
- 30.10.2009.

3. The consolidated annual report for 2008:
- 30.04.2009.

At the same time, following the regulations of §87 sec. 1 and 4 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of October 19, 2005 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Company informs that it will disclose consolidated periodical (quarterly and semi-annual) reports that will include stand alone financial statements. The annual report will be prepared and published in both the stand alone and consolidated form.
